REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include the return form and proof of purchase in the package.

  • Ship the item to PO Box 34 Lanett, AL 36863.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
